ER Now 24/7 Emergency Room

I am so incredibly thankful for the entire team at this ER Now center. From the moment we walked in, we were met with compassion, calm, and genuine care. The front desk woman, Faylin, was truly an angel. She was kind, patient, and reassuring during a very stressful moment and made us feel seen and supported right away. She knew I was in an emergency situation and saw that I needed help and she filled out my paperwork for me, which is unheard of. I’ve never even seen anyone do that.The nurse Sam was wonderful. The doctor was very short with me; especially when I added a concern after my mom had reminded me about it—while he was out sitting on his phone on google trying to come up with a treatment plan for my little 3 year old baby girl!! :/ the nurses were both very kind, and the receptionist made us feel like we were at home! But, that doctor…hahaha! He made it look like he had zero experience with a 3 year old VERY well known! He told me to follow up with her pediatrician in the next couple of days..which we did the next day, and she lanced it and cultured it!! Which is something the ER doctor definitely could have/should have done the night before!!! Sorry. Rant over. The facility was very clean and but busy at all.

Triage process and getting through the door went by super quick. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and got me through the initial process providing information etc. very swiftly. I felt like I was their maybe 10 minutes at the very most and they where already re-locating me to a room in preparation to see the doctor on staff for that particular night. From start to finish the entire staff was really great at accommodating me with any/everything I needed to remain comfortable while under their care. They were very informative on what I needed to do for after care upon being discharged and also made it abundantly clear that I could call back, or reach out at any point in time after being released if I so happened to have any questions/concerns. I had amazing care at ERNow. There was no wait time and all the staff were so nice. Bryce the radiology tech was the kindest person. He goes above and beyond to make his patients feel comfortable.

Melinda is one of the best nurses I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is extremely educated and helps explain things thoroughly. She has provided me with more information than my doctors previously had and was able to get my IV in after the doctor was having issues. Thankful to have such an amazing nurse here.
