This Dr office is a complete package!!! Each and every employee is helpful. Paula was over the top helpful in resolving issues for me due to an allergy to a RX The front desk staff is always prompt and happy to help with a smile. When you check out she is extremely helpful and accommodating to find an appointment that works for your schedule. The Drs are very knowledgeable and helpful Erica listens to you as a complete patient no just the issue you are there for. She truly cares for your well being. I do have to say the wait in the room can be more than one should have to wait ie… 2:00 appt shouldn’t have to wait till 3:00 Paula is very efficient and gets the patients in the rooms in a timely and efficient manner. I see Erica. And she is the best she listens and makes me feel important about my health. The staff here is so nice. And most importantly the lab is great. I hate getting shots and they make so easy for me. Signing in is simple and the facility is alway clean.

I was charged $289 first office visit and had to get blood drawn for labs. Labs she ordered are being billed at $2,505.42 !! Never again Dr. Gunnels, you billed me @ NEW PATIENT OFFICE OR OTHER OUTPATIENT VISIT WITH A "HIGH" LEVEL OF MEDICAL DECISION MAKING, IF USING TIME, 60 MINUTES OR MORE (99205) I saw you for 10 minutes. I never saw you again. You didn't even prescribe anything for me! Not coming back.

The best of the best! From the front staff Amber and Mac’s always smiling faces to Melissa, Norma and the kindest office manager Krystal. The care you get from the providers is top notch! Highly recommend this amazing office. Plus Ana Hill is the best diabetic educator in the area! Thank you all for all you do for patients and your community!
