Sarah is my masseuse and she does exactly what I need. For our first session, I explained I wanted something between a Swedish and deep tissue, and it was the best I've had. She was sure to check in with me regarding pressure at different points in the massage. She also gave me tips to reduce knots from getting so bad in the first place. I now see her once a month and feel so much better physically and mentally.
