I found equanimity counseling last year when I was searching for help in my area and I cannot recommend them enough. When I inquired about their services Nahi got right back to me and intently listened to what was going on in my life and made me feel heard. She set me up with an appointment within two weeks whereas many places had months of waitlists. Sarah was my first counselor and she was very sweet and an amazing listener. She got me through some tough battles I was going through. I then was connected with Viridiana and I was nervous about temporarily switching to another counselor while Sarah is out, but Viridiana has been amazing! I have had the pleasure of working with multiple different providers & every single one of them is so dedicated to helping you that you can really feel it. Nahi specifically has taken the time to understand my life and provide me with real tools to ease the anxiety I have had my entire life. I could not recommend Equanimity Counseling enough ♥️♥️

It's been about a month since I've started my sessions. My counselor Evelyn is a true professional. I never felt so truly listened to. The warm safe environment of this place made it easy to open up, and I felt like a priority, not just another appointment. Evelyn's intelligence, kindness, patience, compassion and care, is helping me through a very difficult period. I fell truly understood, and that alone is making my journey alot easier. Equanimity Counseling is the best counseling service I have ever been to. Nahi is so easy to talk to and no matter what life throws your way, they make sure to support you. The therapist I see is literally like going to hang out with my best friend. When it rains, it pours but equanimity is your umbrella. I can’t recommend them enough.
