Julie is easy to work with and very attentive to the individualized treatment I need for my injury. My visits are educational in that she explains why we are doing the stretches we are doing and is able to teach me both effectively and efficiently. Because of the nature of my injury and to manage my pain, Julie has been able to creatively modify certain exercises for the best health of my body. I would absolutely recommend Epoch Physical Therapy and Fitness to other women needing physical therapy services.

Julie was fantastic. I went to her for my chronic lower back pain. Her assessment was thorough and she made sure to clearly explain everything she did. She designed an exercise program to fit my needs and sent me new exercises after every session. Her expertise with women's health was particularly helpful since most of my issues were from weak core muscles from pregnancy. I highly recommend Julie if you need a Physical Therapist that specializes in women's health.

Julie is absolutely fantastic at what she does. She is very professional and truly cares about you as a person. She was able to address issues that I had postpartum and taught me proper body mechanics to prevent further issues.
