Epitone Specialty Pharmacy

New ownership. Called to see if my prescription was ready and somebody answered and seemed to know what prescription I was talking about. Said they were out of my medication and would not be restocking. I was told this around 4pm on a Friday when my Dr is already out of the office for the weekend. They had the prescription for two days and never called to tell me this. Really considerate of them. Will not be able to get my prescription until probably Tuesday since everything is digital now. They only care about the big $$ they will get from specialty infusions anyway. I don’t use big companies because of that mindset and that’s exactly who owns Epitone/ASP now. They know how difficult it is to find a pharmacy accepting new patients for my medication but didn’t spare a moment to make a phon

Nancy ( the pharmacist) and Jessica (the Parmacey teck) . These two ladies make my life a lot easier when having to deal with my daughtes medicatiins. They stay on top of everything , like insurance issues , knowing when to contact the doctors for us for refills . They keep the day running without interruption for the clients. They by far have gone above and beyond for the client and have suppressed the customer service of any of the other pharmacys in this area.

I have been going there for several months now and they are by far the most inexpensive Pharmacy in Dickson County. The farmsist was really nice and Real Knowledgeable! I recommend everyone to give it a shot thank you
