I’ve been seeing Dr. M. Adams for 27 years. My first visit saved my life as she spotted a place on my back that was melanoma! Thankful she saw it quickly and because of her expertise, I’m cancer free for 27 years.

What an amazing, quick, incredibly well priced experience I had at Arlington Dermatology Clinic. There was no wait, the clinic is calm and clean. I was treated kindly from start to finish. The staff are all sociable and you don't feel rushed or treated like you're just a number. Best part is that this clinic is in my network! I used to go to US Dermatology Partners in South Hulen and this place blows them out of the park. Dr. Mary is so sweet, kind, patient, thorough and smart! She's the best dermatologist I've seen by far. I felt well taken care of, and cared for. After a painful treatment, the staff even put numbing cream and bandages on for me! The other clinic never did that, they never even offered a bandage. I have NO idea how there's even a single negative review, what a shame. Go h

The front staff is, not as friendly and they do not care to make sure you understand how much you’re going to be charged. I had a credit on my account my very first appointment (my HSA COVERED) and every appointment following I haven’t had to make a payment and front desk lady (when you come from the back) says I had a credit and didn’t have to pay but wanted TO KEEP MY FUNDS “just in case” I get charged for that visit, but never did. I go in for another visit and I still have this same credit and when I asked for a refund since my insurance covered; I was told AGAIN to wait until the following Monday since BOTH ladies that handles refunds wasn’t there smh!!! Dr. Adams is great and her office is very efficient. Most efficient of any doctor I see. You are in and out in brief period. I have been a patient for several years and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend her.

I call to book an appointment, the lady was so rude to me, she wouldn't give me any clear information and she kept repeating the same thing over n over again with an attitude tone , and lastly when I asked her if the slots would open up to book an appointment she hung up on my face. You calll that customer service?!
