Epic Tails Veterinary Clinic

Our visit to Epic Tails was positive as usual. Dr. Becktell was reassuring about some issues we have been seeing with our sweet Maple. Dr. Becktell is an outstanding veterinarian who combines deep knowledge and insight with compassion, kindness, and intuition. Maple just loved her visit and was beyond comfortable with Dr. Becktell and the vet technician Leja. From the front desk experience with Shaara to the wrap up of the visit…I cannot recommend highly enough.

We’ve had a great experience with this vet so far. From the moment we walked in, everyone has been incredibly welcoming and kind. I’ve seen Dr. Emily Bishop, and she is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, she took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel confident about my kittens’ care. All of the assistants have also been so kind and gentle, which I really appreciate, especially since I bring in my two kittens together. It’s clear they genuinely care about the animals and their owners. I’m really happy we chose this practice and feel great knowing my kittens are in good hands.

My boy, Pluto 🐈‍⬛, & I went to see Dr. Lili B. & Lauren 3 days ago. Before scheduling with them I was frantic about the condition Pluto had been in (especially not knowing if buddy was in pain or not). During the visit I was given thorough information on the situation at hand. Thorough instructions on his prescription care and an insane amount of relief knowing that we were exactly where we were supposed to be. Days later; Pluto is back eating and using the potty on the regular. Epic Tails has been a game changer for our lives. I’m so happy to have them on speed dial!

Dr. Becktell is amazing! And her staff is super sweet. They were able to fit me in for an emergency visit on the same day. She was so sweet with my pup and explained everything thoroughly. I’m so glad she will be our vet!

Living Dr. Becktell. All the ladies in the office have been great. I admit I was a bit nervous because we had used the same vet for 40 years, and she was wonderful and promised me I would live Dr. Becktell. I would highly recommend the staff at Epic Tails, they are thorough and friendly, even helped get my 72 pound doodle who was drugged to and from the car. Would give them 100 stars if I could.
