AMAZING! If you can say going to the dentist was a good experience then yes, this was amazing! I’ve never felt more welcome, more heard, more comfortable than I did here at Epic Smiles. Samantha was truly the best! She listened to every concern I had and addressed every concern with Dr. Lima. Dr. Lima, such a pleasure to meet him! I love how technologically advanced his practice is. He explained in detail what needed to be done, what could be done and gave me options I had never considered. He is a kind and gentle soul and it comes through in his manner and how he takes care of his patients. This was really the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Dr. Lima, his hygienist Samanthia, his assistant Evelyn and the rest of the staff are great. They take their time to listen to concerns and work with the patient to solve them. They explore options for care with cost as a big concern, while the patient participates, so everyone is on the same page. Appointments are on time, as they don't overbook patients back-to-back, so there is plenty of time with each patient. You won't be disappointed if you choose them. I can't say enough good things about them.
