Miranda and Kevin are great to work with. I’ve been going for over a year to Miranda for personal training as related to mobility, flexibility, and stability. They’re knowledgeable and relate that in a way that’s easy to understand and use to meet your goals. Kevin’s massage was very helpful to gain proper movement in a painful knee.

I've been going to Kevin for over 2 years now. He really knows what he is doing! Explains the process throughout the massage. I always go in for a medical massage to help with my hip and back pain. I suffer from chronic illness and chronic pain. He's gotten my life back to somewhat normal! He also gives me stretches to do at home and is always available for questions. It is worth the drive out to Gowanda if you live in Hamburg or surrounding area.

Amazing! I’ve been going to Epic Level Fitness for a while now and have seen such an improvement since my first visit. Kevin is very knowledgeable and will explain everything as he goes. He hones in on the exact muscles that are sore and relieves pain and tension on the spot. If you have any pain, back, neck, etc. go see Kevin- I promise you will feel better after 1 visit! I’d give him 10 stars if I could.

I’ve been a client at Epic for 6 months now, and highly recommend anyone with acute or chronic ailments to seek them out. They are very knowledgable of how to approach injuries and offer a very effective combination of massage and guided stretching. I’ve suffered from overuse injuries impacting nerves, and more recently I’ve been seen for hip / SI joint pain due to pregnancy. In each case I’ve turned to Kevin’s medical massage, and have felt a dramatic improvement within a day or two. In my experience, I can make an appointment within the same week, and I know now that seeking treatment is going to be far more effective than trying to treat myself or simply restricting the activities that caused injury in the first place.

I have been going to see Kevin for quite some time now. It has helped me immeasurably. After trying deep tissue massages that weren’t working, I find medical massages really do help. It is hard to explain the difference but if you are having issues, I highly recommend Kevin. He is local and reasonable. I have definitely learned a lot from him that has helped along the way.
