Dr. Reynolds and his entire staff go above and beyond to make sure that you feel comfortable, that your prescription is correct, and that your glasses fit comfortably before you walk out of their office. They are responsive and always available to answer any questions. I have been a patient of theirs for six years and even though I don’t live in the area anymore, I drive six hours round-trip just to see them. A couple of years ago I wanted to try contacts and Dr. Ryan helped me through the entire process and helped me find contacts that were comfortable for me. 10/10 recommend!

Our visit was promptly near the appointment time, the front desk was very helpful with the paperwork, the staff were all friendly and patient with our two young boys, and Dr. Reynolds took his time to explain the process and his findings. When our older son was trying on glasses, staff member Ryan, even allowed our younger son to try on glasses since he was interested. He took the time to include him as well. Thank you for a positive experience!

Dr Reynolds and the staff are wonderful. They are very caring, helpful and professional. The doctor and staff listened to my concerns and took their time to address everything I mentioned. The exam was easy, Dr Reynolds answered all of my questions and the staff were eager to help with contacts/glasses. Highly recommend. Best eye exam experience I have had and I have needed glasses for most of my life. :)
