It's a tight turn and there is often construction in the area. It's well marked though and I've never had a problem in my mid size SUV. Large pickups will find it tight, but this is typical in a lot of downtown parking garages.
Tricky entry, use the parabolic mirror to check for exiting or entering cars [depending on which way you are going].
The VA hospital is great for veterans to get most of their medical needs taken care of.
