Entourage

New to the area I went in about 5 weeks ago. I have fine thin hair and wanted a semi-layered bob, straight on the sides, layered on top for some volume. I was very clear and precise as i have been wearing this style for awhile. I figured getting an older woman she would have more skill with layering than the younger set who works mostly with long hair. I asked her to cut it 'dry' first so she wouldn't get carried away with over-cutting for precision rather than seeing how my hair actually lays. (This is how the French do it). She was not so flexible and was more more interested in being creative than giving me what i asked for.
