ENT Specialists of Northwest Ohio

No stars for sure. Will not be going back and want to encourage you not to either. I've had a lifetime of going to ENTs. I moved and decided to give this office a try. If you are in the Findlay area, travel somewhere else. I saw Yvonne Gayhart and she spent about 1 second looking at my ears and never looked at my nose or mouth. The office staff especially the nurse were all rather rude. The office was clean but I just felt like I was getting bad service.

I have been with this ENT group with both my granddaughters for over 5 years. Today August 27th 2025 I had a return phone call from a receptionist who hung up on me because she didn't understand me and I didn't understand her. Instead of asking me to hold and find somebody else to talk to me or just have someone call me back at another time that can better communicate. She literally hung up. It was just a matter of understanding what my needs were and what her office has to offer and who to schedule an appointment with. I personally have had good experiences in The last 5 years . This is the first negative experience I've had I wish you would have given me her name

They are absolutely terrible, they do not clean the tubes out when there is obvious an extensive blockage, will make another appointment just to get money out of you

Staff is nice but they always seem insanely rushed (get you in, get you out). My biggest gripe is their ridiculous questionnaire you have to fill out before they'll admit you. The receptionist can do it in 5s but they force you to scan a QR and then spend 10m to get to a screen that ends up not loading. Biggest waste of my time. I'd go somewhere else.

This place is horrible. They do not listen to their patients. They will tell you things are not related when they clearly are to each other. I have came to this specific ENT facility three times over the years and each year. My sinuses have progressively gotten worse this last time it landed me in the hospital and now they are treating me for sinus disease I had the doctor tell me to not take certain medications for an allergy test because it could mess up the results I couldn’t remember if it was for the allergy test or the CT scan that I have scheduled so I called their office and asked if a certain medication was OK told them the entire story and they proceeded to tell me that there was no medication that was restricted for me to take so they lied to me And I told them well.
