I have been using this pharmacy for years, even when out of network I use them because of their wonderful customer service.

I recently got so frustrated with the lack of competency and poor customer service at one of the large chain Pharmacies that I researched other pharmacies in town and nearly everyone I asked and reviewed their ratings said English Pharmacy is hands down the best, most prompt and efficient pharmacy around! Even better was the raves about their personalized care, greeting you by name as soon as you walk in. Will call you when your prescriptions are ready and their customer service can't be beat! They really seem to care about their patients and ensure we are given appropriate information about our meds. I immediately switched my family to English Pharmacy and I'm so glad I did! They have recently changed owners, and I have had trouble getting my insurance approved. There has been a shift and it's not quite the same. You have to pay for delivery now in town. I had to change pharmacies because of the insurance problem. While I really like the girls who work the counter and other help it has changed.
