Englewood Family Practice

Second time I made an appointment online and was canceled due to the Physician I made the appointment with not actually taking new patients. I know the front staff doesn’t control the site but the fact that it’s been a few months since I last made the first appointment and the false times are still up is ridiculous and misleading. Will be going elsewhere.

Both Ben & Tiffany are amazing. We only see them, my kids with Tiffany and myself with Ben. Ben truly care and listens to all my concerns. Tiffany has always been patient and kind and respectful of our medical decisions. The negative side of this practice is the receptionists or whoever they have answer their phones and do check-in’s. Legit almost always rude and have a “better than you” attitude. We deal with it because I adore the 2 we see — but man, if you hate your job so much maybe get a different one?

After being a patient for over 20 years, upon calling to schedule an appointment for my daughter, the rude person at the office informed us that after our Primary retired the day before that the practice would no longer serve my family. Terribly unprofessional, no notice, and just an indication of the quality of service to expect from Premier Health and their partners.

Front office staff should reassess their mission. They don’t give medical care, but they sure can make it difficult to get care. Please treat us, the patients of the physicians, as your clients who pay for the service and can go to other practices if we choose.

I saw Ben Mishler, PA for my first visit today. He was very kind, patient, thorough, and professional. He spent a lot of time discussing ways to help solve my issues. He is an outstanding PA.
