Such an amazing pharmacy! They helped us secure medically necessary infant formula that is difficult to find elsewhere! They deliver it to us every month without us having to even call them. They call us every time we’re due for more and easily arrange a delivery for us. We are so happy to have found them!

I'm not sure why my doctor chose this random streetfront pharmacy halfway across the country from herself and I, but this month is the last straw. Last month they charged me 40 for overnight shipping that took a week to arrive. I made several calls asking to be refunded for the shipping and kept being put off. The proper way to handle this is for the vendor to refund the customer and then for the vendor to file a claim with the shipping company for their own refund, but this pharmacy is too incompetent and would rather play dumb and run down the clock hoping you'll forget that you paid 40 bucks for delayed meds and ground delivery.
