To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. I was genuinely excited to try this pharmacy after it was recommended by my doctor. My doctor sent over my prescription, and I was told I would receive a call that same day — and if not, to call them. I waited two days and never received a call, so I reached out myself. I was told they had the prescription, I paid the amount due, and was informed the medication would ship out and arrive within five days. This was on February 9, 2026. After waiting over a week with no delivery, I called back. After being hung up on three separate times, I was finally told they couldn’t fully read the prescription and needed my doctor to resend it. Absolutely horrible company! They charge you for overnight shipping...it's been 5 days and out for delivery for the past 3 days and still have not received it! When I called I was told they would look into it and call me back.. no one ever called back and they kept making it seem like it was my fault the package was lost. Not even an offer to refund me or ship a replacement. With how crazy expensive that medication is that I paid for out of pocket I best get a damn refund!!!! Never using this pharmacy again!!
