Endovascular and Interventional Associates - Conroe

The dr and nurse are great. But the manager will not return phone calls or refund money my procedure that I paid for ahead of time and was not needed. I have now made 7 phone calls and waited over 2 months I have not once had a phone call returned or my money. I have never wrote a bad review but this ridiculous.

First rate experience from the first call to make the appointment all the way through. Dr. Odelowo's staff was very courteous and worked very hard to make my experience pleasant. I never felt rushed and was treated with compassion and care. My initial office visit went great and Dr. Odelowo took time to answer all of my questions and ease all my concerns. The plan of action to treat was agreed upon and everyone worked very hard to get the next steps together. Great Dr. and Great Office Staff. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

I had the nicest nurse. She made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. Dr was quick and efficient. He made the process go smoothly. Before I started my anxiety was through the roof and in the end it was all for nothing. The process was so simple. I went back to work afterwards and by day 2 my throat was back to normal with no pain when swollowing. Thank you to the ladies at the front as they were all so kind and even funny. They definitely helped the process go smoothly.

Everything has been great. Pleasant and efficient staff. On my follow up today, I expected a quick visit, but had to leave without seeing the Dr. because he was running late and I had another commitment. My time is too valuable and precious to have to wait more than 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.

The office was very clean. The staff was very helpful. The nurse was very nice and ask me a lot of questions about why I was there, which I really liked. The Dr. was so very nice and explained everything to me in language I understood. He was very helpful with any questions I had and he did not try to rush me. I would recommend him to anyone.
