Tara herself is the sweetest person you'd ever want to meet. But, the staff is .. saucy. I was 15 min late this morning for my appointment due to an accident that slowed traffic. I called and was told the staff couldn't be reached. She said to come to the office anyway. I arrived. The girl facing me looked at me like I kicked her cat. Then a tall lady with tattoos all on her arms told me that since I'm 20 mins late (🤔) that they would have to "fit" me in AFTER on time patients were seen. I explained that I tried calling and said had I known i wouldn't be seen, I'd have stayed home and not wasted anyone's time. She smarted off by saying "it wouldn't have wasted OUR time, WE were here ON TIME". The girls around her laughed and giggled.. telling her "that's they way" and other things. I t

Not impressed, since seeing her and taking a new medication she prescribed, my blood work/levels are worse than they were before seeing her. I sat in front of her telling her I did not feel any better, possibly worse, and after more blood work, her answer to that was to insinuate that I am taking the wrong dosage ( the dosage she prescribed ) rather than admitting the medication she put me on is not working. My GP has done a better job maintaining my levels. Rather than worrying about her medical student that is shadowing her during her office visits, she should perhaps focus more on her patient and what they are saying.

Tara is an OUTSTANDING PA, thorough, knowledgable and she cares about her patients. She reads my lab results over carefully and reviews them with me, recommending care changes only when necessary. I am SOOOO glad I have her as a medical professional!

Tara listens to what I have to say, makes recommendations with explaining why. She is a professional with a heart. I trust her completely and I’m so glad she is taking care of me.

Tara Trenhaile is Awesome! Very knowledgeable and friendly. She is very thorough and does her job well. I would highly recommend her.
