The worst Immediate care. The front desk is really nice people with great Hospitality. But As far as the RN’s and NP. They need to work on their patient skills. They have this attitude like they dont’t want to work. They don’t examine you correctly. I walked into Immediate care and had to diagnose myself. I asked for certain test to be put in to find out what’s wrong with me after they tried to deny it. I had a small cold and had a Nurse Practitioner tell me that I might have cancer. Due to him not closely examining me. You can get sued for misdiagnosis. The problem in health care now is that racism is so normalized that people like these people in the health care field like to ignore Black women when they are in pain or suffering from stuff. I chose Endeavor health to try and find a primary physician, and I must honestly say that thanks to this healthcare group, I am afraid of doctors now. Every time I went to my doctor with endeavor health, they did not help me at all. The only thing this healthcare company did was give me poor quality treatment that did not help me at all. I went in recently due to a follow up from the er regarding my fractured finger, and I was prescribed a painkiller with a long list of bad side effects. I never filled the prescription, I paid $171 cash to be seen for approximately 4 minutes from a "doctor" who didn't help me, and now I will never return. I want to recognize Haxhi Rojba for his professionalism and kindness during a recent fire drill in the building. He went above and beyond by assisting me and my nephew, helping us safely down from the third floor of the parking lot to the designated meeting point. His actions showed true care and responsibility, especially in a moment of stress. Unfortunately, one of the nurses told me I had to wheel the patient down myself instead of offering help. In contrast, Haxhi stepped in and did the right thing—putting the patient's well-being first. His support made a big difference, and I’m truly grateful.

Didnt do anything and referred me somewhere else. Also were confused about my bcbs insurance. The insurance company told me to provide a phone number to the urgent care and to call and they can confirm my insurance (i was recently approved and haven’t recieved my card yet). The airheaded receptionist told me they “dont make calls” and additionally rolled her eyes at me at checkout. Keep in mind they obviously have phones at every desk and a quick call would confirm my insurance coverage. Now to wait for the bill where they did actually nothing and hope i can input my insurance there… thank you for nothing. I’m deeply disappointed with the care I received at this clinic. I went in about a month ago with clear symptoms of tonsillitis (swollen tonsils, persistent sore throat, and bacterial conjunctivitis). Despite this, they only performed a rapid strep test—which came back negative—and then… nothing. No real diagnosis, no pain relief, and I was simply sent home with an allergy eye drop that was completely useless for my condition. If it hadn’t been for the help of an external doctor, who immediately recognized the bacterial nature of the conjunctivitis and prescribed an antibiotic eye drop, I would’ve continued to worsen without any support. A few days later, I developed acute tracheitis and went back to the clinic—once again, I was given a temporary fix (steroids) without ever being offered
