Endeavor Health Immediate Care - Mundelein

They dont take meridian. Another patient got bad Info from another office. I was listening but not with intention Every call center has no idea what xrays cost. Bad experience. I have 5 numbers all mail boxes are full to find xray prices. I will be reaching out to corporate for the horrible experience. Don't believe their response they are trying to hide the fact they dont cover meridian patients!!!! Shame on you!

Doctor was very good but last month had a curious experience with the lady at the front desk who argued that they do not take walk-ins. Very unhelpful and argumentative. It was late in the day, after 4pm but long before closing in an empty waiting room. Had to intentionally de-escalate the conversation so that I could get treatment for my son. Convenient location with good doctors but not worth the hassle.

I went to Endeavor Health Immediately Care in Mundelein because I believed I had a urinary tract infection. From the ease of making the appointment, to the lovely young women who were at the registration desk, to the person who took my vitals and had me describe my symptoms, to the person who examined me, it was a top notch visit. I often go to the Lincolnshire location for immediate care, and they have been fine, but the care at this Mundelein location was extraordinary.

The Endeavor Mundelein, immediate care center provides outstanding service that is unparalleled. They have caring staff and clinicians that take time to be accommodating, kind, caring, and patient. They’re always organized when they receive you, and you feel like you are the only patient that they are caring for. I cannot say enough about the facility. I would recommend it to anyone who needs excellent care. Thank you for your support.

This NorthShore / Endeavor office location is outstanding. The staff is great, efficient and respectful of you, your privacy and time. Nurses and Doctors are great and can address pretty much anything. I've been going to this location for 20+ years now!
