Endeavor Health Immediate Care - Bolingbrook

These people will rob you. I received just 2 stitches on my right knee at this place due to a trip on uneven sidewalk. No X-ray, no shots were given. (The stitches should not have been given in the first place, which caused much more damages than the scrape itself.) They billed my insurance over $2500 for this visit. I was told by the PA that the follow-up visit to remove the stitches wouldn't be billed. Yet they still charged $632 for that. I called their billing department three times to dispute the second charge. Each time, they said they were going to look into it and get it resolved. They never got back to me. Five months later, they sent me another bill, telling me my bill is past due. I was forced to pay for it to avoid collection. Another time, my wife had an onset of headache. W

I would recommend looking elsewhere for care. I took my son here for an ear infection, and after one minute with the doctor looking in his ear I was billed over $1000. I was told that the facility is one of their more expensive urgent cares, so their facility fee is much high. Last year, I paid $330 less at the same facility for the exact same appointment. I will never go here again. I'm pretty sure the ER would've been cheaper.

My mom went here this past Saturday. She requested her prescriptions be sent to the Walgreens on 135th and Weber Road. They were sent instead to her mail order pharmacy. We then had to work with the mail order pharmacy to get the prescriptions canceled so they can be filled at Walgreens. It's a big mess and as I am typing this it is Monday morning and the mess has still not been sorted out so she is still without any medication for her bronchitis. So a visit here was a big waste of time. Also to make matters worse I looked over the prescriptions she was prescribed at the immediate care, the doctor prescribed 6 medications, one being with codeine. My mom is allergic to codeine, it is clearly indicated on her Endeavor Health chart. This is completely unacceptable.

I was feeling really ill, I signed up for the wait list online and I was seen almost immediately. The staff was very professional. Dr Sarah and her team were professional, thorough and patient. I had labs done, and the process ruled out multiple issues. I started feeling better by the I left, not 100 percent but better than when I arrived. Still recovering but absolutely no complaints, I received great care.

I came in literally limping, the nurse and the staff at the check in were amazing. I told the doctor that I think I have a blister. She brushed me off, asking how do I know it’s a blister, I said that I’m not sure, hence why I am there but just don’t want to get an infection. She barely even looked at my foot and told me to put neosporin. Fast forward 12 hrs, my foot is double the size with an infection. I went to a different provider who took her time and addressed my concerns better than Cara Anne Martinez
