Excellent care, diagnosis, treatment, billing and payment handling. My health challenge which brought me to the center was thoroughly examined and test results explained to dispel fear of future complications or acquiring new issues. The supervising MD was both knowledgeable and disarming. I am thankful to have experienced such expertise.

I want to give them a 0 but I can't. We did not have an appointment, we just showed up because my gf was not feeling well. It was 12:30pm, they did not take us back till 12:45. We sat in the doctor office for 5 hours and they couldn't give us an answer on what is wrong with her.. I would never come back here again. They always take forever to find the problem that are going on. They take forever because they want more money from the Insurance company. But that is me talking..

Please second guess your decision to use any Endeavor health system services . In April, I became very ill with a suspected case of viral gastroenteritis and due to being 19w pregnant, I ultimately became rapidly dehydrated. I presented to the emergency at Endeavor in Plainfield with brown concentrated urine, back pain, and vomiting. I was given an IV and antiemetics and discharged home. I was still feeling unwell but as the day progressed my symptoms worsened and my urine was still considerably dark. I returned to the same ER that same day and was given an ultrasound of my kidneys and uterus to ensure there were no other concerns. I would love to give 0 stars, but that’s not allowed. Was told a 2 hour wait in the ER, it’s been over 2 hours and still waiting. I am in immense pain, had to use a wheelchair as the pain was so bad I couldn’t walk. Have just been here waiting for over 2 hours just to be seen and get some relief. Also have to pay a $250 deductible for subpar service. Have seen multiple people arrive after me yet taken back before me, and not just to get their vitals. Already went to urgent care this morning and had a steroid shot and a pain medication shot, also took a muscle relaxer and im still in immense pain. Very unprofessional employee at the front desk. I had an appointment made for a specific time and on the MyChart app it stated the words “APPOINTMENT”. When I asked why I was waiting for over 30 minutes with an appointment scheduled, I was told it’s not really an “appointment” but letting them know I’m there? So why use the word appointment on the app and let me schedule my flu shot days in advance? If I had know I’d be waiting I wouldn’t have brought my toddler to wait in a room full of sick people. Rest of staff encountered was wonderful though.
