I’m giving 3 stars because the front desk staff, medical assistant, and nurse were excellent—professional, attentive, and thorough. Unfortunately, my experience with the nurse practitioner, Megan Kotlarz, was disappointing and lacked empathy, especially given that I was sick. Despite my asthma history and symptoms of a strong cough, she asked very few follow-up questions and showed little concern for potential breathing issues. When I asked about preventive asthma medications, I was told to see my primary care physician, without consideration for appointment wait times or what might happen if my symptoms worsened. Due to this experience, I won’t be returning and would not recommend this office.

I went there with my toddler for stitches. Everyone was great with her and we were in and out within an hour. It was a great experience all things considered!

On August 25, 2025, at 9:13 AM, I had an appointment with my doctor. Due to road construction, I arrived 13 minutes late. This rarely happens, as I am normally always on time. I am also aware of Edwards Hospital policy that patients arriving within 15 minutes are still accepted. When I checked in, two receptionists were at the desk. After I gave my name, they discussed my lateness between themselves and told me: “You are late, maybe the doctor will not see you.” Later, they confirmed that the doctor would still take me since I was within the 15-minute limit. I had even left a note before arriving, informing them that I was running late. What followed was extremely unprofessional. While I was waiting, one of the receptionists continued loudly discussing me with her colleague, saying thing

Lack of actual help. Told 2 days isnt long enough to be sick to be diagnosed but should come back after 7 to 10 days. What kind of "care" is that. All together sat with the doctor for no more than 5 minutes but they had no problem charging my insurance for work done. What work?! Disgusting I'll go somewhere else next time. I'd rather drive an extra 45 mins if needed.

Been in and out of urgent care multiple times here for various nonemergency conditions. Each visit was quick, to the point, and the team made sure to check on me regularly during my visit. I so much prefer going here than using the ER, which will incur even higher costs. Follow up calls after lab results were also quick, Thank you for your service and care.
