Encore Dental at Napa

Best dental experience ever! Dr. Belusko is the most humble and down to Earth dentist I have ever met. He offers a level of presence that I have rarely encountered in the medical & dental field. He asked me questions, answered all of my questions, and really took the time to lay out all of my options, explain them to me in detail, pros/cons, used metaphors to help me understand, and dental models as visual aides. His staff were also very kind and courteous. If I could give 10 stars I would.

This is probably the only time I've been to a dental office and had nothing but a pleasant experience! Dr. Belusko is very friendly and personable, and took his time to explain everything clearly. The hygienist took her time and was very detailed and thorough. I'm surprised to say I actually enjoyed the visit and look forward to the next one. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in Napa Valley needing dental care!

If you are looking for any dental work done this is the place! They care that you are happy & pleased with the work. I have never experienced a better staff anywhere. I got new dentures & I love them. I got Dr. Mansfield & he is the best as far as I am concerned! I wish I had found them sooner. You have to try them, you will not be disappointed.

Dr Kevin is a Rock star! While traveling from the East Coast to Napa, I lost a front tooth crown, and Dr Kevin went out of his way to see me in the evening, and I walked out with a beautiful new crown in two hours. My procedure was clearly communicated and pain-free, and Dr. Kevin was meticulous every step of the way, he is a consummate professional, and I would recommend him highly.!

The appointment experience itself was phenomenal, however a significant billing issue over basic services turned the experience sour in the end. Even if the appointment is for an annual cleaning, I would highly recommend having them doing a pre-estimate with your insurance so you don't get an unanticipated $500 invoice in the mail without notice.
