Diedre always does a wonderful massage she is good at finding all the sore spots and working them to get the pain out. I can go in and tell her where the pain is and she goes to work on that area. She also recommends stretches to help and explains what could be causing the problem. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great massage. If you just want a relaxing massage she is great at that too.Price is very reasonable.

Deidre is one of the best massage therapists. The massage experience was amazing. She is very knowledgeable and has extraordinary techniques. I have neck, shoulder and lower back pain. The neck being the worse, always having head aches. My first message with Deidre amazing. The relief I had from just the first massage was phenomenal. Usually the pain, tightness and head ache returns with in a week or two. I was able to go for like 5 to 6 weeks. I have continued to see her, I recommend her if you are having issues or just need to pamper yourself. She is awesome. Give her a call , you will be very happy you did.

Deidre may be small in stature but she has a huge amount of strength in her hands! The 3 medical massages I received relieved much of my discomfort and improved my range of motion in both shoulders.
