Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Jonesboro

I have an amazing team of caregivers her at Encompass! Dr. Johnson is so compassionate along with my entire therapy team. Tywanda goes over and above to accommodate the therapist and make sure we have what we need. The nursing and Patient care techs provide great assistance with lots of patience. Some names I can remember are Abby, Sarah (nurse) Gwen (housekeeping) I don’t want to leave without them🥰 I’m very impressed with this facility and the training I can tell they receive. They are very consistent in making a happy environment for us while we are healing! Even the maintenance guy made sure to visit with me occasionally after we met!!!! I love it here

My wife was a patient at Encompass in Jonesboro for a month. That place is amazing. The entire staff was very kind and compassionate. The therapists pushed her hard and got fantastic results. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a rehab facility

I received excellent care at Encompass. Dr Ves Smith diagnosed my pneumonia and prescribed medication and breathing treatments immediately. I was clear when discharged Friday January 23. Excellent nursing care from care techs, and all nurses. A nurse named Tiffany especially stands out. On my worst night, she had to clean up me and the bed. A nurse named Sharon helped me. Young assistants, Jay and Ashton and kieons as well as some others whose name I can't remember were all helpful. On days, Judy was great, as well as others whose names I can't remember. Therapists , OT lady who helped me shower was wonderful. Her name starts with T. My mom admitted into Encompass acute rehab after three strokes. She had the best nursing, physical therapy, occupational therpay and speech language pathology care available in Jones Boro Arkansas. Laura the case manager was exceptional in planning a complex dischage for my mother. She went above and beyond to solve some social economic barriers to Long term care. Lori the director of case mangement has an outstanding team. Laura we are blessed to have had you as our case manager. Definetly reccomend Encompass of Jones Boro, Arkansas for your acute rehab needs.

Abby is my favorite girl! She listens, takes care of me, jokes with me as family she is the best here. She took me outside to touch the snow since I haven't been outside in awhile. Therapy team has been amazing as well along with my nurse Rolando. Highly recommend Abby and Rolando if you want to feel at home.
