Nurse Pam has the best bed side manners I've ever experienced. Big Chris is a wonderful tech who ensures the comfort of his patients. Coach Jason is a great motivator and is the best OT I've ever met. Omelia pushed me to my limit motivating me to to overcome my shortcomings of the surgery. Along with Olivia. The entire staff shown great customer service that I'm was very pleased with my experience at Encompass. Thank you for your service.

My father was a patient there. My family had to do most of my father’s care while he was there. If he didn’t have us, he would have been in a bad situation. He is only mildly stronger after being there. He is not walking. I would not recommend Encompess. I feel like we should have been able to see what he was doing in physical therapy and occupational therapy. I feel that he needed more therapy than he was getting.

Encompass of Florence is an excellent facility for those needing to gain strength and learn to be safely independent. My husband, and my sister-in-law have been patients at this facility. They received excellent care. From the therapists to the housekeepers they were treated with not only respect and professionalism, but genuine care and friendliness. The facility is immaculate and the rooms are spacious enough to accommodate a cot, if needed, without feeling crowded. Should any of our family or friends require rehabilitation services this is the place!!

From the moment my father was admitted, the level of care, compassion, and professionalism shown by the entire staff was outstanding. Every nurse, therapist, and staff member treated him with dignity, patience, and genuine concern—not just as a patient, but as a person. The therapy team was exceptional. They pushed him when needed, encouraged him every step of the way, and celebrated his progress, which made a huge difference in his recovery. We saw steady improvements in his strength, coordination, balance, and confidence, and that is a direct reflection of their dedication and expertise. I was told Ecompass only takes private insurance. If that’s the case they should be more professional. The front desk staff on the 2nd floor are very unprofessional, not hospitable and very hostile. If you’re a client or visitor, the front desk staff will not greet you, acknowledge your present nor smile. You must speak to them first and you’ll get a grunt for a response . The food is deplorable. The physical therapy is acceptable, but most of the nurses are disrespectful and I had to remind them not to address me with authority and to treat me with respect.
