Absolutely ridiculous! Needed a quick drug test for my job. Went over lunch, my bad, don’t know they closed for an hour. Went back after work and my word. I have never met such a miserable individual. Shelia Swindell talked AT me like I had 1 brain cell. Everything was condescending and papers were handed to me without even looking at me, half behind her back. In fact, I don’t even think she looked me in my eyes the whole 15 min I was there. Would never go back and would never recommend. I didn’t have a choice in the location, but it would have never been this place had I known. Goodness. Remember lady, you APPLIED to be there, no one forced you to show up. And as a medical “professional” maybe learn some bedside manners, or perhaps get more rest. Ridiculous!

Not only does EMS have the best doctor in our area (Dr. Ron), but Kendra and her team go out of their way to help with any billing, and insurance issues. Kendra spent several hours resolving a claim for my MRI--that a lot of other offices would have written off after one phone call. Can't say enough about their team. Not only the best doctors, but the staff is friendly, easy to work with, and the walk-in option is awesome. VERY happy I switched PCP's a couple years ago to the EMS Team!!!

Staff was friendly, the doctor extremely so, knowledgeable, thorough. I didn’t have to wait too long for a walk in. Price for a DOT physical was cheaper than other places that I inquired about.

Dr. Ron Fetsko is absolutely amazing. He has helped me shape and change my life in no time! I have never meet anyone in the medical profession that cares as much as him.

I absolutely love EMS Diagnostics here in Bedford!! They offer urgent care, primary care, lab services, job physicals, occupational health, etc. Soooo nice and they had me in and out quickly, but I did not feel rushed. They are up on Mile Level....most people don't even know they are there! Very glad I went!! I think Dr. Fetsko was the most pleasant doctor I've ever been to!!
