Bedford Dental Health Center

Good dental facility, BUT,my husband and I had a procedure done, the assistant asked what flavor of fluoride do you want, assuming this was included in the cost of the procedure we picked a flavor, when we went out to the front desk to check out we were told we owed for the fluoride treatment, very unprofessional of the assistant to not tell us up front it was an additional cost. Should've gave us an option to decide if we wanted to pay for it or not.

Like most people I hate going to the dentist. That being said I really like Dr Joe and everyone in this office. The staff are professional, kind and genuinely seem to care. Dr Joe was patient and explained the process clearly. The office is clean and their equipment is modern. I highly recommend them and will update this review next year after all the work is completed.

The whole staff at Bedford Dental is absolutely amazing Dr. A is so nice he and the hygienist helper were so sweet I have severe anxiety about going to the dentist. But they made it so easy. I can’t believe I did it. I would have canceled my appointment 5 times because of my fear. I’m so happy I did it and I wouldn’t say I am completely over my fear of going to the dentist, but I can say the whole staff there makes it more bearable. I wish I could give them a 10 star rating but I guess 5 will do.

My dental care at this office is always top notch. The staff is caring and friendly and Dr. Joe is always professional and extremely gentle and kind. I recommend this office without reservation.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the staffs professionalism. They use AI models and 3D technology to help make sure you understand the process and what they're thinking along the way. Glad I called them and was able to get an appointment. Great with kids.
