Sarah did an excellent job treating my neck and shoulder pain. In my first visit, she identified and explained the cause of the pain and provided an exercise and movement plan to resolve the issue. It is clear that Sarah has strong knowledge of both muscular-skeletal and the neurological components involved in physical therapy and is able to apply this effectively to treat patients. Highly recommend!

I had terrible pains down my arm for some time. I went to see a doctor who recommended a very strong medication that I did not want to take. When I went to Sarah Rudman the next day she immediately was able to diagnose the problem and educate me on simple changes to make in my positions throughout the day. Within a few days it was feeling better and I did not need to take the medication. Sarah is so knowledgeable, compassionate and direct in her approach. I would highly recommend.
