Julia and her team are seriously the best! She has helped me with more than just pelvic floor health and I can not recommend her enough. And her new space is just stunning!

Would definitely recommend Empower to anyone! I came when I was a few months postpartum and hoping to get back to running long distances. Julia took a whole-body approach that I loved, taking in account everything from pelvic floor to feet to running form. She has a great demeanor and from day 1 told me that we would work to accomplish my goals and had full confidence in getting there - which, thanks to her exercise plan, I was able to do. I also loved that she was super welcoming and accommodating on days where I had to bring my infant daughter to the office!

I am an competitive weightlifter, and I started dealing with sacrum and hip issues that were not only becoming extremely painful, but had limited my range of motion. I have worked with Dr. Julia Rosenthal in the past and so I immediately booked a session with her. She met me with empathy, helped me reduce fear of my pain. I walked out of Empower with reduced pain and increased range of motion. Dr. Julia worked with me on a how to integrate PT work into my training. She understood the demands of my training and helped me get back to where I needed to be. I could not recommend working with this team enough.

I cannot recommend Empower enough. I went to Empower (working with Aslyn) for pelvic floor PT after having a baby. Not only did she undo probably a decade of tension, she also cured some pretty serious postpartum arthritis in some of my major joints. When I started I felt tense and it was hard to walk. After nine sessions I was feeling better than I did before being pregnant or giving birth. She's incredibly talented, intuitive, kind and professional. I tried a PT chain first and it didn't do much for me but Empower did. If you're on the fence, absolutely go for it!

I have been so fortunate to have Empower PT and Aslyn as part of my life and healing journey. Having been to other PTs in the past, I had incredibly high expectations for any pelvic floor PT -- and Aslyn completely surpassed any expectation I had. Through dynamic movements, strength building, and an intuitive understanding of the pelvic floor and its affects on the rest of the body, I am in the best condition of my life. Recurring pain that plagued me for over a decade has ceased, and I have tapped into a newfound level of strength and confidence in both daily movement and working out. Aslyn is kind, compassionate, energetic and the ultimate coach. Anyone who gets to work with her and the Empower Team is beyond lucky!
