Emory Johns Creek Physicians Plaza

My visit at the office was fine, and the medical portion was good. However, I would rate the overall experience 1 out of 5 based on the outright deception about the price. I was given a price which was already exorbitantly high for a simple Xray and 15mins of talking with the Dr. I begrudgingly accepted this price as I needed the clarification on my condition ASAP. My visit went exactly as planned and no additional services were necessary. However, a few days after the visit I was notified that I suddenly had more bills to pay. As it turns out, Emory uses a sneaky method of charging separately for "Hospital" and "Professional" services. This allows them to add on extra fees in a shameless money grab. Great facility. When you pull into parking lot the hospital main entrance is in front of you and then if you look to the left there is the entrance for the Physicians Plaza. If you get there early enough you can find spots in the parking lot - preferable to the congested garage.

An excellent modern facility. And, it has the expertise and depth of resource of Emory University backing it.
