One of the most beautiful medical Facilities in Metro Atlanta. Had a wonderful visit with one of the patients and found the staff from the front desk to medical personnel, joyful in their role and helpful in service. I was blown away to see Gideon’s Bibles in the room and in the waiting room. This is the first time that I have seen that in a major hospital. And absolutely exceptional facility beautiful in every way 💯

I would like to share feedback regarding my recent experience on the 6th floor at Emory Hospital. Unfortunately, the experience was very distressing due to the behavior of a nurse in charge named Lilian. Her communication style was inappropriate and unprofessional. She spoke to patients in a loud and confrontational manner and pointed her finger while speaking, which felt accusatory and intimidating. As a patient, I felt I was being treated more like a person under accusation rather than someone receiving care. Overall, the experience was very upsetting and left me uncomfortable during my stay. We visited the Emergency room on 01/24/26 for my son, had great service. No problems at all in the emergency department. However, nightmare started after getting the bill. I wanted to pay it. Scanned the qr code on the bill, nothing came up except mychart website. I created an account, no bill was listed. I tried to call them to make payment on the phone, auto payment system said account was not found with my quarantor number and date of birth. I stayed on the line for more than 30 mins just to be able to talk to someone to ask about the bill, almost no chance of connecting someone.
