Dr. Pate is absolutely wonderful! She answers all your questions in a calm, caring manner and you never feel rushed like they do at other drs office. However, it is so sad to see that they hire unprofessional young receptionist that don’t know good customer service. The young boy is very sweet but these kids are careless they don’t even look up at you to greet you when you walk in. You have to just stand there awkwardly until they acknowledge you and even then, no greeting just a “what do you want” face. Other than that, everyone else is super friendly and the wait time is reasonable.

I have no idea why folks are complaining about this place. Our family have been patients there for several yrs. Sometimes you have to wait, sometimes you go in quickly, but what doctor here in the valley doesn't do that.....anyway, I've never had any issues here. Both Agustin & Daniel Mego have been great with our family. Definitely recommend these guys.

Appointment was at 9:30. Got there at 9:15. Waited for nearly 40 minutes before going up to the receptionist. I had noticed other clients were leaving because they weren't being seen. Went up to the receptionist and asked her how much longer was it going to be. She said we were going to be seen real soon. 20 minutes went by. I went up and asked again, she started rolling her eyes and making faces to one of her co-workers. The other receptionist and other workers seem fine, just not her. She is a youngish, skinny woman with henna/tattoos on her right hand. I then went to her and asked her to reschedule the appointment, she had an attitude the entire time, didn't look at me, saying rude comments such as "well maybe she should find another provider, if she can't stand the wait" my grandma is

I like the doctor's but the wait times are ridiculous, I go in for a lab and without an appointment it's an hour wait time, I go in for a lab and And WITH an appointment it's an hour wait time, I try to call to confirm when my appointment is and they leave me on the phone for 40 minutes.

The staff and doctors are amazing, they listen and understand you as well as work with you if you need an appointment soon or even if you need to reschedule!
