I have been going here since at least middle school and now am almost about to graduate high school! Every visit for the past couple of years has been spectacular. They were extremely helpful when I first began my transition from glasses to contacts, and the entire staff is always so friendly. It is so nice to come in and be greeted by name by such friendly people and my entire family has been through their office. They offer a beautiful selection of quality frames and even give complimentary contact solution! Dr. O and Ms. Shannon are extremely sweet and considerate and always look out for your health, and overall are such amazing people. Definitely would recommend!!!

Dr. Onyekwelu is fantastic, a gem of a doctor! She is warm and knowledgeable. Her staff, however, are never friendly and they become even more rude if you want to buy your glasses elsewhere. Some people want the comfort of trying glasses on privately and not feel pressured to choose frames on the spot. The switch up in hospitality is severe once you mention buying glasses online! I've been coming here for 4 years and definitely will not be returning. It's 2025 ffs!

Great Experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful when picking out glasses.(thanks Natalie!) The Dr. took her time during the exam and walked me through step by step of all the procedures and what I should look out for to prevent sight deterioration. I have been going to them for over a year and have always had a positive experience.

Update (March 2021), I followed up with the office and realized that the lab had accidentally cancelled my glasses. The front office staff was very communicative coordinating between the lab, the doctor, and me. I am very satisfied with how they dealt with the situation. Original Post:The doctor is great and very professional. She was very through and explained everything to me patiently. However, my experience with the front office/admin was not positive and they may need some training. They never called when my glasses were ready, double booked on a different incident, and didn't even apologized for the mistakes.
