Emily Visconti, Au.D.: SightMD NY — Huntington, New York

This was my first visit to an audiologist, and Dr. Visconti was very professional and welcoming. She took the time to explain the entire process clearly and patiently, making sure I fully undersrand. I truly appreciated the experience and would happily refer Dr. Visconti to others.

Took my elderly mother for hearing evaluation. Doc showed great care and concern in addition to assistance navigating medicaid, above and beyond. Highly recommend

Called this morning to make an audiology appointment. Wanted to check if they participate in my insurance plan. The gentleman who finally answered after a bit of a wait was not helpful at all, not knowledgeable and not able to answer anything. He basically told me to call my insurance company to check if Sight Md participated in my plan instead of checking what insurance they accepted . Insurance companies always informs us to call the Provider to confirm if they accept the insurance because sometimes the Provider stops participating. Complete waste of time and effort.

Emily has been a Professional Audiologist from the start, I would recommend her to any of my hearing disabled friends, clients or family!

After making an appointment with Emily Visconti for 3/20/2025, at the Huntington office having it confirmed by text message on 3/13, then a second confirmation on 3/20 plus a reminder text on 3/20 a few minutes before my appointment, when I got there I was told she wasn’t in because her son was sick. I can understand that, however, someone should have called me to let me know that information. That being said, I left my hearing aids because they were still under warranty & Emily left me a voice mail message the next day 3/21 to tell me she sent my hearing aids in for a new battery & would call me when they came in for pickup. At least it wasn’t a wasted trip. However, someone from the office should have called me. What is the reason for having text message confirmation if the message is i
