Emily Mintz

Very rude front desk personnel and ladies that answer the phone. They don’t even introduce themselves and they are very short and curt. Dr Mintz is nothing like this! She needs to know though.

Dr. Mintz has always been very thorough and thoughtful with my skin checks and eczema treatment. When I asked for cosmetic procedure guidance, she has given me some recommendations as well (but I haven’t tried them yet).

I have been seeing Dr. Mintz for three years per my fronto fibrosing alopecia. She was the best doctor I could have found for this. I was previously seen another dermatologist at UT but he just didn’t understand me as a woman and a woman’s concern. Nice man but I needed more attention and Emily Mintz give it. Love her. Will never change as long as I live or move from houston.

Honestly, my patient satisfaction is at 0%, she saw me for less than 10 min, and was almost out the door while I was still talking. I paid $50 dlls for the worst consult of my life. It felt like she was in a rush to get somewhere else. No time for questions.

Moved and no longer go here but I would if closer. She is the sweetest dr. I have ever had. Always took her time with me and I miss her.
