Emily really listened to my specific issues and investigated some massage and blood flow aspects in advance of our visit. Her massage pressure is regulated by request and we negotiated a couple of painful spots (my IT band is super sensitive and she encouraged me to let her give it some cleansing pressure). I did not feel beat up after my session, but the next day ... and days later, I feel strong and pain free. I wish I could go every week. Thank you Em!
