Great people. Bailey, Nurse Betty, Dr. Petty. All very professional people. I got checked and treated after feeling terrible the night before. We are so lucky to have them here in Alberta. Thank you for all the excellent healthcare you provide to us in this community.

Absolutely awful!!! The doctor was so unbelievably rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate, and uncaring. He rushes through that place with zero compassion. He treated my son as if he were not even human. He didn’t look him in the eyes, talk to him about what he was going to do, or showed any basic human decency. He wasted our time, and slammed the door in our faces. So unprofessional, and we left in tears. Highly advise you find another care provider. We will certainly never return.

They always get me in and out fairly quickly. Front office staff have always been friendly and kind to me. I’ve been very pleased with every visit to the facility and I usually go in at least twice a month.

I needed a new primary. I'm pregnant. I have an obgyn and therapist. I have meds that my obgyn who's a high risk specialist approved for me to be on and continue with my primary. She even offered to talk to my new doctor to explain. I went, waited 2 hours to be seen, transferred my records, provided necessary documents as requested for the doctor to tell me he refuses to issue my prescription the next day AFTER doing all of what he requested. It's a waste of my day and I'm disputing this with my insurance company. He should have made that decision BEFORE making me get medical records transferred. I forgot his name but this isn't cool. Especially in these days when people truly can't afford to miss a day of work to get zero accomplished.

Most staff was nice but the doctor was extremely inappropriate. Using phrases such as “who’s a pretty girl like you kissing up on to get you sick.” Made me uncomfortable but they did give me medicine so that’s good I guess.
