EmergeOrtho - Wilmington - Shipyard (Orthopedic Urgent Care)

Couldn’t believe how quick my last minute visit to this facility was. Never been and literally was in and out within an hour and change: Amazing staff, Emergency PA Morgan Sutton, was so kind, friendly; and informative, detailing what my possible issue was and showing me online. Have a possible torn meniscus, and she explained what that entailed. My nurse in before and after, I’m drawing a blank on her name, tall, dark haired, with piercings, & stylish,, she was also amazing, warm; friendly, and went above and beyond fitting me for my knee brace, making sure to think ahead and grab a variant of sizes to try. We shared some laughs in the try on, and she got me very well taken care of.. Thank you for a great and quick experience!

I was a walk in and was seen in a reasonable length of time. The check in personnel was very polite and personable. The X-ray tech and PA I saw were wonderful at letting me know what would take place. Overall a great experience

Front desk check is very friendly patient and knowledgeable. The girls in the back are sweet and efficient. The PA explained things in layman's terms and I left with a plan. My 1st visit an impression we're great thanks y'all

First time visiting EmergeOrtho and I would highly recommend! My son fractured his finger while lifting weights we did the walk in appt and was able to see a doctor within 10 mins. Knowledgable and friend staff that got us in out quickly!

Walked-In. Called in about 1/2 hour later. Waited long time in “room” to be seen. More than one PA is needed. Wait times are very long. Saw PA. Very knowledgeable and friendly. 3-x-rays taken. PA called me Saturday morning. Said she met with hand surgeons and they said I needed surgery. Very impressed that PA called on Saturday. Surgery was performed Monday December 15 2025 by Dr Moore. I like Dr Moore. Very impressed with Emerge Ortho. They truly care about their patients.
