I had a great experience today. Everyone was friendly and professional. My wait time was less than 10 mins . The doctor addressed my concerns and gave great instructions on what and what not to do concerning my treatment.

I was extremely nervous going into my appointment with Amy Pope, NP, and even experienced moments of panic during the visit. From the very beginning, Amy was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive, patient, and explained everything in great detail. I truly felt heard and seen. She answered every question I had and never once made me feel rushed or like I was asking a “dumb” question. Amy took the time to go over multiple treatment options, carefully explaining each one, offering thoughtful advice, and then talking through how I felt so we could decide together what was best for me. In August, I saw Dr. Tupis for a one week follow-up to an avulsion fracture on my dominant arm due to a fall. He ordered removal of my soft cast without a new x-ray. I was told I would be getting a new cast and hard cast by his nurse. Tupis insisted that I fell with my arm extended which I did not. Despite two x-ray showing fracture, Tupis diagnosed it as a sprain without ordering a MRI. He released me to work as a waxing esthetician wearing a sling. He never asked what I did for work before releasing me with 15 minute breaks every two hours. Seven months later I still have a significant amount of pain. A new ortho immediately ordered MRI which shows multiple torn ligaments and surgery needed. I'm giving two stars because the PT and front desk staff were amazing. Katie in hand and arm PT i

For a Sunday afternoon, I am super impressed with how quickly we were seen from my son's knee injury. We were in and out with x-rays taken and read and a knee brace provided and school note in about 30 minutes which is unheard of in this area for an urgent Care. Highly recommend

Insanely incompetent intake process and even worse patient experience. They messed up my name, sent me to the wrong doctor, didn't tell me beforehand that x-rays were required. Naturally, I ask them how much an X-ray would cost me. The nurse tells me that the only way to know how much an X-ray would cost me would be to get the x-ray...? Then Dr. Hallows barges in and is immediately confrontational about requiring payment for x-rays. They see patients as walking sources of money and could care less about human beings. Everything thats wrong with our healthcare system in a succinct 10 min visit. Incredible.
