Emergency room

I have been here several times. Just about every time I go, it's a very long wait time including when I'm the only one in the waiting room. Then when i get to the room I'm either quicky rushed out and told nothings wrong follow up with my primary care next week and there generally booked up to a month out or I'm waiting for hours on end and still brushed off. This has happened several times and i already dread and hate going to the hospitals, this just truly making me loose my hope in my va care knowing 9/10 they arent going to do anything any way and a waste of time

This don't deserve any STARS!!!!! If I could rate this any lower than I would!!!!! This place is Extremely Sorry. You will die in the ER if you're seriously ill. I waited for 5 1/2 hours to get lab results to see if I had covid or strep throat. NO ANSWER!!!! Left and called back for results 2 hours later and was put on hold for 45 minutes. Then phone just hangs up!!! Call back and can't get anyone....they need to shut this place down!!!!!

I came with a dog bite to my hand. Waited for 3 hours with a dirty wound and dish towel stopping the blood. Saw the doctor for 30 seconds. Never even got offered a bed. They told me to wash it in the sink myself. Gave me a tetanus shot and low dose ammoxacillin. Told me to go to cvs and bandage my own wounds. I was up all that night vomiting from pain and Infection. 1 day later my hand was red and hot and stiff from Infection. Went to different er with vomiting and hallucinations due to infection. They had to reopen the wounds, clean them, bandage them, iv antibiotics.
