Emergency Dentistry

I would not even give her a star. The one I give is to the nice lady that sits at the front desk. I made my first appointment with her April 2021. I told them my teeth were bad. Being a single mother struggling to raising children they came first. She or should I say her assistant cleaned my teeth. We scheduled a 2nd appointment for a 2nd cleaning. Years of smoking and coffee I agreed that was needed. They opened up every cavity in my mouth. That appointment too was in April 2021. We scheduled another appointment to get apiece of a tooth out. That too was in April 2021. She told me to get with my doctor about blood thinners so we could move on. I spoke with my doctor the very next day. Called her. Absolutely lovely experience. I was a bit nervous but Stacey and the other staff made me feel so comfortable... Dr. Welch is gentle and an absolute sweetheart. Very Professional....

Horrible office manager and assistant Stacy! Will call text and harass you about your appointment! Nor can they keep a good dental hygienist and now they just lost a 10 year patient. I m happy i can now find a better dental office!!!

A horrid experience. A horrible and very temperamental woman. She's a fake. Doesn't keep her promises nor does she back up her product. She's also a bully. Wouldn't trust her with my children, parents, or grandparents.

Sad to say but I'd not been to the dentist in over 25 years and it was the best experience ever. Thank you very much!
