Called with questions about blue cross blue shield being accepted ,as my daughter has a cracked tooth, put hold, hungup.
My toothache was one of those coming and going ones. The doctor discovered a big cavity and decided it was time to pull it. There was no chance in saving it, but I am thankful for getting rid of it before things got worse.
I’m in pain, I Tried calling to get an appointment and got hung up on very abruptly. without them trying to help me . Customer service was HORRIBLE .
I was able to get in and out in a span of an hour. Not bad for a place that can deal with my cracked tooth.🤗
The doctor was super pleasant as was the staff. My visit lasted no longer than an hour.😊
