Emergency Dental

So this is not a dental office, but a placement service that finds a dentist and collects a $25 "emergency fee" from you to complete the appointment. 20 minutes later the dentist cancels the appointment and you spend the next 2 days trying to get your money back from a call service that tries to pawn you off to a 3rd party payment department. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFO, YOU WILL NOT GET AN APPOINTMENT!!!

I called to find out if they had an oral surgeon in the citrus heights location, and the lady that handles my call was so rude. She wanted to get all kinds of information from me and I told her I just wanted to get pricing and see if they had an oral surgeon in office because I am a CASH patient. She wanted my date of birth and I asked her was this a pediatric dentistry and she said they treat patients that are 6 year old and then she proceeded to ask me (in a southern accent) if I was 6 years old? I'm shocked at the level of professionalism the staff has. It's too bad that the doctors missed out on a CASH PATIENT because of her. Then she hung up on me. Mind you I was not rude to her in any way. Im glad I'm not going there!

This place pulled my tooth when it was badly damaged from a cavity. I was already feeling quite a bit of pain, so to get it pulled was a good thing. 🙂🙏♥

I hated waking up with a nasty pain in my back tooth. As it turned out, it was cracked and it was the cause of it. They fixed it and I no longer feel the pain. 😃

This place was slow during my appointment. I don't know why. But at least they were able to see me.
