I personally did not have a good experience with this Pharmacy . It started with my doctor sending the prescription to them and they never called me to start delivery I had to call them. Then after that when I called and set up payment for delivery I told him I'll be out of town and left instructions for their delivery driver to leave it with my package desk in my building . When he got there instead of following those instructions he went to my front desk and had them call me and my wife unknowingly just said we're out of town and they didn't deliver it. I was gone for over a week and at no point that the pharmacy call me back to be like hey your medicine delivery came back and we should set up for delivery again. I've always been treated in a kind and courteous manner in all my prescription needs. The entire personnel including Ale, Vanessa, Dylan, and others have always been very attentive and responsive. I wouldn't trade Emerald Hills with any other pharmacy in the area for my medicines.
