Abigail worked with me over a course of 3 months while I was in Pensacola training for a marathon. I was nursing some issues with my TFL due to previous training associated with work and she was amazing trying to give me some deep tissue relief so that I could continue training for my marathon. She was incredibly considerate, kind, receptive to my needs, and remembered certain pressure points/areas I liked massaged from session to session. She was also very flexible to my erratic work schedule, and on 2 different occasions- I was able to reschedule for a different time the day of or before. I highly recommend her to anyone who has specific problems or training goals that need long-term work.

Abby does an excellent sports massage! She has great pressure, good techniques, and flexible scheduling. Her location is in a great spot at the Pensacola Athletic Center and is a convenient drive from NAS, Perdido, and Pensacola!
