Embassy of Pickerington

This place is just aweful. The pictures in this site don’t tell you the truth. This place Is a dump. Very dirty place.The nurses medicine carts very nasty and hallways are walll to wall with wheel chairs with no room to walk. This place is a fire hazard. The rooms maybe be 9x12 with 2 beds, airbags for mattresses, beds are pushed together L2 bed side tables pushed together. One bathroom to be used for 2 rooms, no room for wheelchair or walkers! Bathroom maybe a small closet. I can go on and on . The Oder of urine smell all thru this building. Not fit to live in. I went to this place after a hip replacement and couldn’t even stay one night. I could go on and on!

There are no bed railings. Not close the nurse desk. Bed hard. A bathroom with a tub how is do they take showers. Been for 2 hours no meds. Room not that clean. I think this is the best place to put a love one in.

I can’t say enough good things about the Embassy of Pickerington. They took incredible care of my grandma, and I am so grateful for the compassion and attention she received there. From the moment she arrived, the staff made her feel welcome, safe, and cared for like family. Every nurse, aide, and staff member went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and treated with dignity. They were always patient, kind, and attentive to her needs, and they kept our family updated and involved every step of the way. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing she was in such capable and loving hands. My grandma wasn’t just another resident to them, she was a person they truly cared about. This nursing home failed my loved one in the worst way. Their lack of care and attention led to a serious pressure wound on their bottom—something that should never happen with proper nursing standards. It’s clear that consistent repositioning, hygiene, and skin checks were not being done. We trusted this facility to care for someone we love, and instead, we witnessed neglect that caused real pain and damage. If you’re considering placing your family member here, please think twice. No one deserves to suffer like this under the watch of supposed professionals.

I’m heartbroken and furious over the care my loved one received at this facility. Due to severe neglect, they developed a painful pressure wound on their bottom—a completely preventable injury with proper attention and repositioning. This is a clear sign of inadequate care and a lack of basic compassion. No one should have to suffer like this, especially in a place that claims to provide professional medical support. Families trust nursing homes to protect and care for their most vulnerable loved ones. What happened here is unacceptable, and I urge others to be cautious before placing someone they love in this facility.
